Not that the merino coat isn't bad ass, but won't get a lot of use in SoCal.

But I do dig the Schneider Alpaca Coat. Will that be available through NMWA?
Alpaca was reissued last year? Maybe 1.5 years ago? with another (now defunct) retailer. Doubt it'll be back.

No, that's from 3 years ago. We will have other Schneider coats though - and they're very much awesome as well.

I like the part where Camoshita-san's Italian mentor said his pieces wouldn't sell well cuz too unique. Really got me rethinking my wardrobe. Too grey blues and blacks so time to experiment with brighter shades and patterns. Starting with green... you guys should do the same. Ditch those classic colors!

Have to skip la Portegna MTO due to Schneider goodness, but I'll likely give the in-stock model a try in the near future. :embar:

Damn. Need to pick up some lightweight trousers. Green linen is awesome, but not sure it would work for me.

Give it up steven it's too warm for SNS in LA and you're looking at a -20 celsius coat FFS.

Tell me about it. I was this near kopping when the only time I'd ever need it would be the 2 weeks I travel to some cold place a year.

Lol penance I would've kopped #1 if I had read Kyle's email earlier. Still considering the green but like you said, we won't get much use outta it. Balls. Tempted to buy just to wear in a cold room.

Why are you guys chickening out? It's constantly 85deg here throughout the year and I've been buying nothing but jackets. Think of it as investment as wool coats keep going up in price and the SS seems to be selling more than new.
