You're correct, it would. I just don't think those wearing this cardigan will often zip it all the way up. I don't know, it is a bit counter-intuitive to me (which is why you don't see a high neck linen in the offering to be fair)... but to each his own !

Since it's for summer, I want to be sensible. Do you have a linen tanktop? It's also acceptable if it's a sweater with zippered sleeves, so that they can be removed. Also, linen watchcaps. Thanks in advance.

Really? I played pretty fast and loose with Yoox at first until settling into a buying pattern. Surprised to hear they might have banned ******.

I wear cotton and linen scarves with fall or spring outfits all the time. Brings a nice contrast to the table. Example :

The two-way zipper is a good plan. I once mistakenly bought a jacket with a one-way zipper - it only went up. It went on with no issues, but I had to cut the jacket off to get out of it. From now on, only two-way zippers for me.

And do those removable sleeves on the sweater vest mentioned earlier have two way zippers.

Anyway. I won't wait to find out. Went with the linen stitch in #35. Might as well get something no store in its right mind would stock.

We have seen one-way zippers, two-way zippers, 5-zip jackets, seamless loopback sweatshirts, and even the Stephan Schneider Roman sweater with its esoteric kimono-seam construction. Gentlemen, I want to take my zipper game to the next level: I submit to you a MTO idea for your consideration: a sweater consisting of two panels, front and back, that zips together at the sides, up the armpits, and down the sleeve seams. Real intergalactic travelers will opt for one front panel in linen, one back panel in merino.
