Mazzarelli passes true test...I wore the blue oxford yesterday. Today I am getting dressed and put on a white oxford from a SF favorite Japanese brand.

Wife: Where did that shirt come from?
Me: It is the new Japanese brand I told you about
Wife: I don't like it. It doesn't look as nice as the shirt you wore yesterday
Me: Well, it is 1/3 the cost
Wife: It looks it

I take that as a green light to purchase more Mazzarellis.

You shouldn't have said that...
Nice wife you have. ;)
Mine is getting ever thinner lipped at the sight of package arrivals.

I'll leave it to your imagination. I have no problem with the Japanese shirt, just some extra praise for Mazz

Schneider shirt jacket is such a cool, versatile piece. Great cotton linen fabric.

I'm sold based on your pic, Greg. My shirt size is 15/38, what size should I take in this shirt jacket (4 or 5)? I'm thinking 5, but I usually take a small so I'm not sure.

If you're normally a small you'll be happy with the 4 in this shirt jacket.

As someone in central Florida (read: muggy, hot most of the time) and always on the hunt for lightweight coat/jacket like options, I think I LOVE this. Request: similar pics of the gray version :slayer:

Just because I'd rather not to have to make an exchange: my suit size is 38S. Since I'll wear this shirt jacket over a shirt, should I wear size 4 or 5? Size 4 is 19.3" in chest, and size 5 is 20.3. (I was leaning towards 5 for easier layering, but I'm a noob to shirt jackets.)

I was literally just in the process of emailing you to say you might want to switch to a 5 based on the other parts of your purchase, and this post definitely confirms that. I'll ship out the 5 for you instead :)

Thanks! :D I sized up on the Inis Meains because I had a feeling they would be too tight in small. I'm somewhat between sizes. (Note: the Inis Meains from FW13 fit me very well in small, but their chest was bigger.)
