My only pair of Barrie last is a Shell Balmoral in an 11E. It is about a 1/2 size big. I am usually an 11 between a D and an E on the brannock. I take buttero taninos in 43.5. I have a pair of buttero boots in size 44 and fits like my barrie Alden shoes.

I love the Inglese, and I may be ordering a whack of them tomorrow.

I'll gladly keep buying the Inglese. I love those shirts...the details and fabric are amazing. I plan on slowly replacing all my shirts with them....5 down, 20 to go.

Moi, aussi. Being a constitutionally cheap bastard, I get the initial reaction to the price point. But they're well worth it, particularly when you think about the the price difference between amortized over the life of the shirt.
I'm not going to make assumptions about anyone's particular financial circumstances, but the price difference is comparable to what some people here would drop without thinking about it picking up the tab (or maybe just chipping in for one's own share) for a good meal out with friends or a date . . .

That's almost a jinx. About half a day before all this I was thinking I'm low on whites and bought the last white twill in 16 (Kyle is my witness), still 2 or 3 blue twills in stock then. Now all gone.
Without checking I would bet there are max a handful of 16s left, and most of them pink.

any possibility of pants at a lower price point? something around 200 or so and work-appropriate would be amazing.

by this point outerwear the better portion of a grand and shirts up to 250 seem palatable to me, but i haven't been able to bridge that mental gap when it comes to pants. rotas look really good on the site but they're a nonstarter.

Have you done the full math on the Rotas, i.e. -10% / -$40 (tailoring credit)? Incredible VFM. Even more so on sale.

Ryden: curious how pub jacket looks up top. Do you pop the collar?

I'll snap a shot next bathroom break, LOL

I personalyl do not pop it. It lays really nicely and the notched lapel is a very cool detail in person

Delta made me gate check my beloved Chapman holdall and it looks like someone, seeing a nice bag on the jetway, thought it would be nice to have one of their own.

So it looks like I have to buy a new Chapman holdall.
