Thanks, I agree - gorge is neither too high or too low. Lapels have a nice wide and long roll. Button stance is lower than what people are used to in Italian rtw IMO and there is a clear Neapolitan cut with the longer front and swooped open quarters.

By the way, no one said anything about the cool interactive photo?!? I thought that was a little bit next level... :embar:

Well I loved the interactive photo, Greg :)

I actually got to try on a kind of prototype of the DB Formosa x NMWA jacket. It had a great feel and shape to it. The one I tried on was probably a size too small for me, but it still didn't feel uncomfortable because of the soft construction.

It's not one of those coats that puts in every single stylistic detail possible to try and convince you it's from Naples, although all the handwork and softness is there. But it's classically proportioned. Just a really nice, stylish, comfortable coat. And of course Greg's fabric choices are impeccable.

It will be much cheaper if you win the $1,000 sweepstakes! Just think about all your friends that may be interested in what we're offering and refer them - you will increase your chances to win :)

We are not doing a lot of advertising because we want to keep our prices as fair as possible. So word of mouth is the only way we'll make ourselves known.

I have a feeling you will have a good costumer base on this thread alone.

I'm seeing things I didn't know existed, but now desperately need...

The interactive photo is cool and the suits look fantastic. Will trousers be flat front or pleated?

There is also a spectacular tuxedo that is not pictured here.

All flat fronts. Rather slim cut. Curtained waistband, 4 point closure, buttoned fly.

Thanks. Got it and replied

+1 - I am in need of one as well, and don't have time to go bespoke. Some pics would be great.

Single breasted, peaked lapels, 1 button, unvented jacket. Black Barathea in 11oz from Drapers's formal book. Thick satin lapels. I considered various configurations, but Gennaro really wanted to go w peaked lapels and satin, the most classic combo. And after seeing the result, I can tell he was right. The cut and shape of the lapels is very va-va-voom (is that the technical tailoring term? ;)) and that would have been at odds with a stealthy grosgrain. The roll is huge and voluminous, the whole coat is hand-stitched and even the satin band on the side of the trousers leg is hand stitched. It's an impressive piece - I don't have many of those though.
