This one runs slightly small because it is washed and dyed. If you eant to layer it with anything substanial you should size up.

Being sold at Saks as camel and wool, too.

Do you happen to know if MP3 will be adding it's stock online?

will size up. I like field jackets, but couldnt get used to top + bottom pocket symmetry (I'm strange). big fan of how the top and bottom pockets are cut slightly staggered and there's less top pocket bulge. really like...was thinking over the basketweave cardigan for early spring..

Does the slub jersey polo at Nordstrom fit the same as the lupo polo? I'm normally an XL but size up to XXL for the lupo, trying to determine if I need to do the same for the slub jersey. Anyone have experience with both?

Are the 3/2 roll suits and jackets at Saks Tipo?

Really like that Navy wool melange overcoat at Saks. Shame I was not aware of its existence sooner.

Bloomingdales has the same issue. A lot of stuff in store doesn't make it online. Most of my best purchases are these one-off's sitting on the rack. Wasn't there the last time I was in - buy it - never see another one.

They are building a Flagship Norstrom here in NYC 2 blocks from where I live. Never cared much until EIdos came along and now I can't wait for this thing to get finished.

The 3R2 jackets I've gotten at Saks were all Tenero, but unsure if any are Tipo.

^ +1, at Saks I saw "Tenero" on the 3r2 models' tags as well. This was last winter FWIW..

which one are you referring? Are you talking about the blue overcoat in wool/silk/cashmere they have online?

yes

Ahh - it's a great coat. I got it last year when Saks was having a crazy sale - It's very slim FYI and I had to have the tailor loosen up the lower parts of the sleeves a bit. I took my usual suit size but not sure I could fit a suit comfortable underneath. Very soft and luxurious though.

Tipo is all but extinct at this point. Its only left in a handful of specialty stores. This season Saks and Barney's sell tenero, bloomingdales sells 2 button balthazar.

Nordstrom NYC will not carry Eidos but Barney's will have a much more substantial offering next season, though very little of it will be tailoring.

Next season all tailoring at saks will be switched into the Augusto (very casual shirtjacket model that is completely unlined with no canvas or fusing).

In general we are seeing a massive uptick in our sportswear business in exchange for our tailored offerings. The two most comprehensive retailers for tailoring going forward will be NMWA and Bloomingdales.
