@Pink Socks - much obliged. Picked up the Eidos Field Jacket. I wear a 52R in NMWA and Christian said the 50r would fit well since the jackets run a bit large. I'm hoping he's spot on.

Thanks again for the headsup

I usually wear 54R and tried on the jacket in 52R and fit was good. Very tempted.

Thanks for the heads up.

How's sizing on the kimberXeidos sneakers? 11.5UK in Carmina Rain and EG 82, having a hard time deciding between 45 or 46.

I take my standard size. 9.5 UK in Carmina, C&J etc and I take a 43.5-44. I know Christian is usually fast to respond so might be worth asking him.

Thanks! Do you use the contact us-service at the website or do you have a direct mail?

edit: You weren't kidding about him being fast. I used the webside contact-form and he got back to me within 10 minutes probably.

Sizing down is your best bet. In my experience, you can still layer pretty well underneath it, including over another jacket or a heavy sweater, but could get a bit snug.

Bought a couple of Aperture sneakers and the hiking sneaker, Christian was awesome to deal with! Class act!

Did anyone go to the sample sale yesterday? If so, what's the selection like?

Decent for medium and large sizes. Terrible for small.

Handful of shoes, knits. Tons of ties, especially knits.

No 36/46 in tailored clothing - didn't look at other sizes--was decently stocked.

Pricing was $400 for sport coats and $600 for suits I think. Ties were $50.

Good selection for sportswear and outerwear. Not much tailoring.
