It's not even limited to "ze" and "hir"; as Volokh points out, you're in violation if you refuse to call someone "M'Lord" or "Your Holiness," if that's how they prefer to be addressed.

I identify as a antebellum plantation owner. Its WHO I AM!!!!!
As such, I want to be referred to as "Master." But only by black people.

I am exceedingly leery in that the vast majority of people "diagnosed" with it seem to fit into a vary narrow personality type and are overwhelming female.

Some diseases overwhelmingly affect only one sex, so that in and of its self is not an indication that it is a fake disease.

I'm pretty dubious about Fibro in general, but I'm also pretty dubious about doctors and their various biases. There is so much we don't know about disease and the human body and yet so many symptoms and diseases are written off wholesale.

And you know this because you're a doctor?

Lol, what? Know that I'm dubious? I don't need to be a doctor for that.

Or do you think that we have pretty much licked the diagnosis and treatment of disease?

ITT people post about what they think has been licked.

It's an indication that the personality profile I believe is the vast majority of fibro folks is one dominated by females.

Also, I would say the current state of Western medicine is that we know more than we don't know about disease. We're not blood letting people and trying to balance their humours anymore.

Well, duh. Why go to the trouble and mess of bloodletting when a few shots of cider vinegar will accomplish the same thing?

Just swish coconut oil to suck the toxins out. Leeches are so 5 centuries ago.

Look, I love the fact that we have the advances we do and I use a western doctor, but how could you possibility quantify something like that?

Not knowing what we don't know and all that.

Yes, what educational and professional framework could I possibly have for making such an absurd statement?

I'll ask again, how could you possibly know that we know "more than we don't know," when, by definition, we don't actually know what we don't know.

Anyway, you're not a doctor. And most doctors are the fucking worst anyway.
