"Really only the Armoury models are built for Western bodies in the armhole and shoulders. I was thinking of getting a 256 so I asked Kapil for sizing advice, and he said size up one from my 254 size, which is already a size up from my normal. So I'd be getting a 56 for the 256 (and it'd probably still be snug in the armhole)."

Maybe that's why Khakis of Carmel dropped the line a year or two ago. I usually wear 44R,
sometimes 46R in Belvest, Isaia, Partenopea, H Freeman. The Ring 44R fit me like a 40R

the Khakis of Carmel stuff I only had to take on size up (38 instead of my usual 36, never end up buying so was just a try on), not sure what model they carried though...

“I bought this from my local menswear shop to help them during the required "non-essential business" closures in Nashville”

“I'm selling it for what I paid plus shipping and extra for the Paypal fee.Retail was $1495 so you're getting it for 65% off.”

So you are saying you bought it to support the shop not because it’s 65% off?

I had been strongly considering buying it several weeks ago at this price but had held off for various reasons. After the closures, deciding to buy it at such a steep discount I knew it wouldn’t make them a big profit but at least would get it off their inventory and give them some cash.

I‘ve received a navy Balloon jacket in a size 56 that sadly fits a bit big. Selling it in classifieds. It‘s the current Spring/Summer model that retails for 1350$ on the official RJ international webshop.
Beautiful jacket and I‘m pretty sad to let it go. But my loss is your gain.

Hi All,
Hope this is the right thread. There are two Ring Jacket thread here.
I'm planning a trip to Tokyo, Japan in the mid Dec, and want to visit the RJ shop in person. I see there are three shops in Tokyo according to their website. Have anyone ever went to their shops in Japan? Could you suggest which shop would have the most stock? I have one of their jacket in 54, but a bit snug. I don't have much time so I'd visit one shop if possible, and I want to maximize the possibility to find a jacket I like and in my size. Thanks in advance.

Here's the link to their shop list: http://www.ringjacket.co.jp/store_retail/

Have been to the Aoyama store several times and highly recommend a visit. Been gracious and knowledgable staff. If you're looking for a specific size though, probably best to email or msg on instagram ahead of time

I'll be headed to Osaka. Want to drop by Ring Jacket. Anyone have thoughts on whether I should go to their (a) Grand Front or (b) Yodoyabashi stores? Thanks.
