I would say my feet are a little bit wide. 44's in chelseas would have been to long.

@typericey Definitely go for Achilles.  The silhouette is minimal classic and the most versatile of the bunch.  I have no problems rocking them with jeans, chinos or, if you dare, a suit.

Re: Ultra Boost - Agreed on sizing up, for those that are keeping score.  Prime Knit is a bit tight.  I wear 7s in all my Adidas shoes (for sport and for leisure) and I fit TIGHT into a 7.5.  I could definitely wear an 8 if I needed to.

I gotta say - buying shoes off the net is one of the single worst things you can do.  Haha.  Even in NYC, I'm so limited with where I can try these things on to find the right fit.  I'm glad we're all chipping in here to help each other out.  CPs are not easy to find... and for someone on the bookends of sizing (EU39 for me)... it's extremely useful to share our war stories.

I mentioned a bit ago that I had gotten my Chelseas.  Khaki Suede.  Very happy with them.  Crepe sole is picking up more dirt than I'd like... but that's to be expected.  I stuck with my Achilles size - EU39.  For the price ($420 USD)... I really don't think you can go wrong here for value.  You can easily spend double on Bottega or SLP.  I'll be picking up some of that Suede cleaner and waterproofing that was posted.  Pricey - but keeping you shoes clean is well worth the price of admission.

Hmmm... so you went 1 full size down since a 39 is equal to a to a 6 as opposed to Pleezus that pretty much went TTS.

Do you consider yourself with normal or wide width feet?

That's correct.  I have wider feet... but I don't think that's the issue here.  I have an ARMY of shoes.  In my experience, European brands, specifically ones that size primarily with Euro measurements, fit bigger.  I'm a 7 or 7.5 in every single pair of shoes that I own.  When I tried on the EU40 CP Achilles... they were BIG.  Period.  EU39 fits for me on both the Chelseas and the Achilles.

I *wish* I was EU40 for CP.  Finding EU39 is very difficult as many vendors only see one come in... if they come in at all.  I've also mentioned that going for the Woman brand is a possibility too.  Obviously you aren't going to find the Chelseas for Women...... but the Achilles is the same for Women and Men.

Thanks! Do you have an experience with the Achilles Premiums? That is the only pair I have from CP and I've read they fit bigger than regular Achilles. I normally wear a 9 in every shoe and size up occasionally to 9.5 for runners such as racers / GL3s. I ended up getting a 41 (US8) for the premiums and they fit very well so I'm not sure if going for a 41 in Achilles or Chelseas would be too tight since I'm not sure how much more narrower / slimmer they fit.

I do not have experience with the Premiums.  For me - logically - I would stick to EU41 if you found them to fit.  I don't know where you are located - but I totally recommend trying to find ANY Achilles to check the fit.  EU42 shouldn't be hard to find... and we are talking about ANY color here.  Either that or spend the extra money and purchase two sizes to get the right fit.

But, gun to my head, I would stick with the EU41 if I HAD to purchase one pair right now.

Bballs arrived and holy shit these things are massive. Ordered a size 43, I'm around a true 10.5/11 and I have about an inch in length to spare.

Those who ordered TTS I don't get how these fit.

Anyone have any recommendations on exchanging/swapping these? Tres-Bien doesn't have any 42's left so there is no use in trying to exchange them. Worst case scenario I return them but these are beautiful vintage white (beige) which I haven't seen to many of and would love to get a size 42.

Let me know if anyone has 42's or has any ideas on how I can do a swap for a different size.

honestly check eBay; I was fiending for the dark grey bballs a few months back and they popped up recently in my size (42 as well) so I insta-copped

Still trying to find achilles or tournaments in white or slightly off white canvas - size 43.

Literally can't find it anywhere.

Any ideas? I even email CP directly (no response)

Folks,

I'm usually a 13 in Nike, which fit just slightly narrow.  What size should I go for in the Achilles?  Thanks.

45 if you want the right length and can deal with some tightness in the width (this will break in an stretch to an extent), 46 if you don't want to deal with them pressing on your toes and can deal with some extra length.
@Bertdinner2 is 12.5 and wears 45's, I'm a 12 and wear 44's in Achilles.

cool.  ty man.  i'll start with a 46, suspect 45 is going to be too narrow.

Thanks. I'm in NYC as well. Not sure where to find the chelseas here to try on. I do remember trying on regular Achilles a while back at DSMNY, the 41s were really snug and  the 42s were too big so I left just as confused as when I came in.

I ordered my premium highs online and they fit near perfect on me in 41s.
