I order CP chelseas and they should arrive tomorrow, size 43. Are those a good reference for Bball lows?

EDIT: I'd rather have my shoes a little tight than loose

I believe the regular Achilles are a closer fit to the chelseas. Bball lows are a bit wider. Let us know how your chelseas fit though!

Will do!

Bballs are the loosest fitting pair, the toe box is a little rounder and taller so it gives you more room. The Chelseas are the tightest because the toe box is the most pointed.

Would you say it gives you more room in length?

If I wear a size 43 in Gustin (CP replicas, I feel they are very similar fitting to Achillies) and they fit well right out of the box that I should go TTS on Bballs or go down to a 42?

Look above for my shoe size references.

Is your Achillies and Bballs both the same size or did you go down in Bballs?

Somebody posted a very in depth comparison of the Achilles and bballs a few pages back.
Personally, I'm a 44 in all CP's except boots (2 pairs of chelseas, 1 pair of combats, 1 pair of Geller side zips), which i take a 45 and add a half insole. I think the only Cp's I haven't owned at this point are the retro's/vintage and Achilles high.
I'm a 12 brannock
12 Nike
12 adidas
11.5 vans
11 trickers

Can you resole the suede chelsea boots?

Anyone whose purchased from Frans Boone, are they extremely unresponsive to emails and slow to ship?

Can anyone with multiple pairs of CPs give a breakdown of fit? I know OccultaVexillum posted recently their fit for a few models but they had long toes. He had a rare case where he sized up for the boots.

Be great if you can provide your brannock size along with your sizing in other brands for reference. Then your size for regular Achilles, retro Achilles, premium Achilles, bballs, tournaments and chelsea boots.
im a true 12.5-13 although i rarely wear 13. i have achilles lows, highs, and chelseas all in 45 and i would say they all fit perfect. tight at first but then break in perfectly. the chelseas break in a little more easily.

The Chelsea's finally came in, they fit well in length just a smidgen tight width wise but am sure they'll loosen up a bit over time. Overall blown away, the shape, quality, colour are all fantastic (SS16 Tan Suede).

Ended up ordering CP Bball Lows, actually got into a 'buying match' I guess you could call it. Tres-Bien was having 20% off footwear + 20% VAT, so it was between 42 and 43 and I was debating which size to get, refreshed the page 42's disappeared, refreshed again 43's gone....

I remembered that if you have them in your cart and you wait too long they get bumped back onto the site, well go figure, after refreshing for 15 minutes size 43 (the size I wanted) came back up, immediately added to cart and bought them :) $275 shipped.

All-in-all very happy with CP Chelsea, can't wait for the Bball Lows.

Should be here early next week, if I'm lucky they'll come friday.

Thanks for the update! If it is just a tiny bit tight then I am sure they will loosen up and fit great. I have a feeling the bballs in 43 maybe slightly loose on you as they have wider toe boxes.

Can you comment what size you wear in other brands or shoe models other then the ones you listed on the last page?

The guy who did a in-depth review a few pages back between Achilles and Bballs said that the difference in length isn't significant, I know the toe box is wider but my foot is a little wide so I have a feeling these will fit great right out the box. My Achilles in 43 at first were tight but now fit perfectly (no room to spare) so I'm sure Bballs will be fine. I was more worried about 42 being to short in length.

As for other brands I don't really have many other shoes;

ETQ High top: 44 (A little big)

Nike Flyknit One: 10.5

Adidas Ultraboost: 11

Hope this helps. I will check back in  when they arrive to let you guys know about sizing.

Im 39 years old and deciding between the Bball and hAchilles for my wardrobe essential all white sneaker.

Which would you go for having style as the main consideration (i.e. assuming either would fit well)?

Definitely go Achilles unless you have chunky legs. Personally, I never got the Bball lows or Highs, and felt it was quite chunky... YMMV.

Hmm so looks like you're mainly a 10.5 in most shoes outside CPs. People tend to size up on ultra boosts. A 43 would be a size 10 so you pretty much went TTS for the chelseas. Do you consider you feet a lil wide or normal?
