I'm in anytime I'm not the master of the round. I always find more stuff when I have a specific list of other things to look for. I guess because I have to slow down a bit.

We need to get eazye involved, surprised we haven't seen him yet. I will work on him a bit.

The list is ready to go, so let me know when you guys feel we have enough participation.

I'll play again. I also found things I usually wouldn't have. Including a nice brioni coat when I went to a hideous sa store to find the $150 suits.

Just posted a formal invitation on the thrift thread, with a link to RSVP here.

I will try to participate this time - I ended up seeing most of the things on the list, but always forgot to have my thrift badge with me.

Print it now! Set the printer to American Express size, and then never leave home without it. I used tape to "laminate" mine, so it doesn't get totally trashed in my wallet.

The first one was too easy so I skipped it.  Didn't look at the subsequent ones.  I'd entertain being in if the to-find list was a mixture of staple finds and some oddballs.

Either way, I will volunteer to provide the prize, if one has not already been provided.  Choice of either a NWT Penrose London tie (retail $165), or a NWT Duchamp tie (retail $185).

If it helps, the last list (see a few posts above) was not completed by anyone in the full two week span. I am still amazed that two fake high end watches were discovered....especially that one of them was found by me.

That last one looked kinda tough - OK I'll toss my hat in (tho real job / work dictates how much time I can devote, and I'm kinda spent after this weekend's 3-state low-return fiasco).

Tape!  Damn, why didn't I think of that?!

I know I'm going to find a stupid cashmere scarf this week.

As I said I am officially in. My thrifting is down to half an hour a week or so but it will be fun to compete. Cheers.
