nSuited- Official Affiliate Thread

nSuited, which is set to launch this September, is a collaborative project between darkmatter7 (Matt) and myself (Connor).

Our vision for nSuited was born through our mutual endeavors in StyleForvm's thrifting thread. It occurred to us that the element of excitement that we enjoy in our thrift store escapades could be reinvented in a completely innovative flash sale site.

nSuited.com is that site: a menswear flash sale site with a twist.

If you visit nSuited now, you'll notice that the site is a non-functional demo of what's to come. Slight modifications will be made in the coming weeks as we complete final testing. It has been a long road to full functionality, but this is an entirely new concept and required extensive development. For now, feel free to check out the site, visit the About Us section, sign up for our newsletter to be notified of the official launch sale (sign up = win free stuff, no spam), and direct any commentary that you may have to Matt or myself through this thread.

While nSuited is not launching until fall... we've opened this thread to support the forum and give SF members an exclusive preview of some of the product that we will be selling on nSuited.

So without further ado, let me explain our current proposition to you...

We have some (think: actual warehouse full) new w/tag Belvest suits, blazers and overcoats in size 40 (there are other sizes as well, but the majority is size 40 as many were samples) that we would like to get to you guys pronto, as right now it is sitting lonely and unworn.

If you post the following:

  • Styles that you're looking for (what we have in stock is fall/winter right now)
  • Size you normally wear
  • Number of pieces (between 1 and infinity) that would would like to try

We will do our best to send you items along the lines that you've requested, on the following terms:
  • Send us some change for shipping beforehand ($15?)
  • Please pay us for the items that you decide to keep (if any! No pressure to buy - trying stuff on is half the fun of shopping)
  • Send the unwanted items back in the same condition you received them
  • A heartfelt promise that you will not steal from us

Ultimately, we think this is a fun way for people to get to know us, our customer service, and some of items we will be selling. I personally have been a member of SF for most of my adult life, and am excited to have a chance to contribute more to the forum - and hopefully your wardrobe.

Thanks,
Connor
Matt

Belvest, you say? I'm pretty interested. You have anything in the way of informal sportsjackets? Canvas, twills, moleskin, and flannelized wool in darker solids or shadow plaid is what I am usually looking at, and by way of informalilty, center vents, if possible, or even unvented. I'm also interested in actual casual outerwear, if you guys have any such things in stock.

Welcome, guys.

Cheers,

Fok.

Yes.

If you want to visit the warehouse, you'd be leaving with a new wardrobe. smile.gif

Give me a number of items you'd like us to send over (and your address in PM), and it'll be in the mail tomorrow!

Great idea and all the best on the venture!

I guess for me, as a consumer, it would depend if you carry my size (36R) in suits and jackets.

Will you be carrying all sizes?

The problem with 36r, is that they don't make a lot of them. Which means by the time things get to liquidation, they are all gone. Which is why 36r is always so expensive. Long story short: Realistically, probably not. But I'm sure we will get the occasional piece. Trust me, I am a small guy (although I prefer the term... svelte!), and feel your pain on this issue.
