does anyone know about levi's premium jeans brand? i bought a pair for $40 normally $110.

All the levi's I own are pre-washed (sanforized?). So they won't shrink with a cold wash. Probably will shrink slightly in a hot dryer.

I recently ordered a pair of 501 STF jeans. I am going to experiment with them, unfortunately I wear a suit 5 days a week and cannot wear them everyday. I wish I had thought of this back in college. I will post some pics in a few months when they get broken in.

the red tab looks suspect. someone else around here scored some for cheap because the 'E' was missing from the tab, though.

Interesting...yet I feel like of all the trouble the counterfeiters went through, they could easily have just done the tag better. The guy lives near SF, maybe a bunch fell off a truck or something Anyone else know? At any rate I'll keep an eye out when I get it and make a stink if it's no good.

what are these 507's I see on Levi's site...are those new? Does anyone know how they fit? it says super skinny up top...oh just read the web site. It says its like 511's. Well, how do 511's fit? I own 514 and love the fit up top. Will my nuts be crushed with these? That's kind of a cool wash for $70. It says soft rigid though. That's like, one wash, right?

oh yeah, and if anyone's seen them, do you know what the opening measurement is? I wonder if I can get them at the good ol fort western....

Anyone else have thoughts on this? I got them and they're rather unusual. I wrote the seller and he denies they're fake, but all the warning signs are there (ones I missed when I bought them): he sold several of the same exact jeans, and he also sells a LV purse and Marc Jacobs bags.

these are def legit. but they aren't LVC, its capital E. This guy needs to spell check his shit. But anyway, these were on sale for 9.90 at the Chicago Levis store and looks like he actually removed the flasher which would have indicated that these are WOMENS 501. I saw these firsthand myself and the selvage is pink line. As for the red blank tab, i heard the blank tabs are "century" tabs meaning its the 100th tab which alerts the person whos overseeing the sewing of the tabs onto the jeans to change the ribbons. MIght be urban legend though

i tried these on the other day, wasn't too impressed. its a slim bootcut but they didnt have any sizes below 30 waist. the soft rigid actually looks decent, much different from the soft rigid/tumbled rigid color they had for the 511/514.

which pair of levi's would look great with frye engineers?
