Does anybody own the Loake Beaufort ? If yes could you upload a photo where you wear them ?
There are no Loake stores in my country and I would appreciate some real life photos.

Strangely I can't find any photos of the Beaufort with Google image search.
I remember the Loake shop in London had them on clearance late last year, selling for about £135 I think.

Remember it's made on the Swing last, so is a generous fit.

EDIT: Just saw that there are some Beauforts on sale from the Loake Factory Outlet ebay store, for £120.
Limited sizes though.

Yeah , that's why I asked. At that price it is a bargain but again this is not a classic design. More like a "contemporary experiment gone wrong so we clear the stocks". I am still considering buying them. It is not bad and the price is too good.

you have taken great care of them, they still going strong.

Thanks, I think polishing my shoes is a good way to relax the mind. And the result is satisfying as well.

Just checked out the semi-new Flannels outlet online. They have a whole range of Loake's at laughable prices. I kopped a pair of Loake 1880 Churchill's for 100 pounds. Shipping within EU is 15 pounds. As a comparison, the same model is priced at Herring for £209.00. The Gladstone derby is priced at 125 pounds. Oddly enough, there is still a lot of sizes left and for once not only sizes like 5 or 13.

/\ same!

Wanted to try the Swing last, but my god these are a long last. Going back sadly.
Wasn't overwhelmed by the overall quality but for £100 still significantly better than what else is available on the British high street shoe front.

It increased a while ago, by about 10 pounds across the board just like you said.
