You're not going to like this answer:
Yes, you are walking your shoes out to the lateral side (supination), but as MOL suggested nothing short of an orthopedic insert will correct the problem...which is with your feet.
Beyond that, the shoes shown in the link would probably walk out even for someone with a normal, healthy, non-pathological foot. They have no support for the foot in the structure of the shoe itself and the outsole is a material that will collapse if you look at it hard.
A good shoe will have a firm...even hard...heel stiffener. And a bespoke shoe will have support for the foot all along both the medial and lateral sides of the shoe from heel to toe. A shoe with a leather outsole and a leather heel base provide a firm, solid platform for the foot and will resist supination (or pronation) extremely well, short of carelessness or abuse.
