too much of any one thing is bad
diet should consist mainly of fruits + veggies and a bit of meat
avoid/minimize processed food
eat a clove of garlic a day!
eat nuts for snack
drink plenty of water if you exercise
avoid overeating

if you want to lose fat, cut down on carbs and processed foods (you don't even have to exercise)

Oh, I eat a paleo/low carb meal and feel great for doing so. I read several doctor's blogs, but Dr.Eades has good information on food nutrition. http://www.proteinpower.com/drmike/f...rance-abounds/

All the vegans that I've come into contact with have been yappy girls that proclaim animal rights (and health) are the motivation behind their veganism, and they all carry around leather bags, leather wallets and wear leather heels.
