T4Phage: Just curious, but what made you get so passionately involved in this thread? I know you usually stay away from internet arguments like this thread.

Well Gentlemen, looks like this thread has run its course. I just want to apologize to everyone for being so vociferous in my support of Swami Shooman. I really did think that I'd found the answer to my troubles. I really believed in the Shooman -- that his preaching of the Wigmorean Way would provide a path to greater Health & Happiness. I know now that I was mislead, misguided, tricked, bamboozled, hornswaggled.

I'm sure he'll be back in one form or another.

Don't think that you will be like your grandfather [just because he lived a long time]. PLEASE BE AWARE Grand parents and older people have stronger constitutions and much bigger earlobes. l can guarantee you that 98% of people with big earlobes can abuse their health and get away with it. (Eg; people with big ears [always old people] will have wider arteries, stronger hearts, better livers etc and will live alot longer [than normal people]. Remember also: there were alot less chemicals in the food and water supply back then. Genetic strengths are rapidly becoming irrelevant, don't rely on this sir; it will lead you astray. Do you ever notice how a persons earlobes are getting smaller with each generation. Young people today have virtually no earlobe. People's constitutions are much much weaker: that's why diabetes and heart attacks now occur in our 20's or even younger. That's why 30% of modern men are sterile. l can tell a sterile man just by looking at them. l will be posting a full report on body constitution as soon as l can compile some references. (l am busy and have thousands of filed studies, so give me time to look these up and compile reports. Thankyou Dr B8man).
Superfoods are extremely nutritious, I take Boku superfood greens powder and it helps keep the body clean and healthy, coupled with a sensible diet of course. It has an amazing array of quality nutrients. Here's the review of it if you're wondering. http://www.naturalnews.com/024479.html Some of the ingredients : • Super greens (including microalgae superfoods and veggie superfoods) • Maca root juice • Medicinal mushroom blend • Super berry mix • Cacao and vanilla • Digestive enzymes • A touch of Himalayan pink crystal salt I eat cooked meat and fish as well for protein, but in moderation. Mainly salmon and sirloion/porterhouse steak. I've read that adding rosemary to steak decreases the carcinogenic content that results from cooking.

Things that include protein and calories, everything else doesn't matter that much imo.

Eat what is whole, natural, and delicious. That means most tastes and cravings are possible to satisfy in a healthy way. At the end of the day, you are only around for so long, and you have to eat. Life should be about enjoyment while being healthy. Who wants to be like Wigmore, living to 483 years old, spending most of her time working on her sprout farm and worrying about the size, color, texture and frequency of her shit? Life is too short.

I just spent 1.5 hours reading this thread. It's a classic and should be pinned.

nah...I like having it unpinned. As with Black Suits, every once in a while, someone gives it a nudge, and it is like having an old friend drop by unannounced.
