A big problem with the study was that they only used 3.5 grams of dry wheatgrass tablets. THEY DIDN'T USE FRESH ORGANIC WHEATGRASS JUICE. What you have posted doesn't have a whole lot of validity...
Marc, the tablets are CONCENTRATED wheatgrass extract. Â To get anywhere near the same amount of the nutrients that the table showed from a small amount of regular food, you will need GALLONS AND GALLONS of your wheatgrass juice. Â Your stomach does not have the capacity. Â OHH...... is that why you use an enema.. Â
Sad.. all that to get the nutrition that is in half a cup of broccoli and a stick of carrot. What's HCL? Honestly T4page: from the silly talk you have spitted out, l am absolutely covinced that you don't understand the first thing about health and nutrition. (ln the last day or to, you have lost your touch. Your arguments used to be good, but they are getting weeker and weeker by the day). The most most foolish thing you say is that you need to drink gallons and gallons of wheatgrass to get yor nutritional requiements. This is wrong for the simple reason l said before. When you drink wheatgrass juice, your needs for nutrition needs drop because the foods are highly alkaline and the grass juice is highly absorbable. T4phage: you seem to be missing the whole point of sprouting. Note evreyone: if you cook your food, you force your body to produce enzmes to digest the food. (note, it requires a huge amount of energy to digest food). But, if you supply those digestive enzymes through food like sprouts and grass, your body will not have to supply those digestive enzymes. This will lead to stronger ammune systems and a longer life. Really???  Getting half a cup of brocolli and a carrot will fill your nutritional requirments?????? Because brocolli and a carrot are so high in fibre, you only absorb about 20% of its nutrients. lt is best to juice them. Anyaway., the nutrition of dried out wheatgrass way outweighs the nutritional value of dried carrot. l'm glad you mentioned that T4phage, it just lets me know how clueless everyone is about understanding the benefits of sprouting.
