When you eat the diet l suggested you never get sick. A good diet doesn't allow the body to become diseased.
That's the dumbest thing you've said yet. Jon.

F.B. can you get it in anything other than a beanie? I was thinking a bowler would be excellent. And also, would getting it felt lined mess up the effect? Are these MTM or RTW items? And if you can get them OTR, are there any reasonable outlet stores? I can't see myself paying full price for an aluminum foil hat.
After a lot of searching I finally found the right aluminum hat for me, sorry about the darkness on the pics. Now I just need to find out what color suit to wear with it.

Good food is live food with all the enzymes intact. Eating [only] live keeps you disease free, energetic and extremely healthy. So what are good foods that contribute towards much better health? Here are some major ones l have used with great success: FRUIT (eat in season). Watermellon (organic) Oranges (always) Apples (other fruits sometimes) VEGETABLES (eat in season).Eat raw. Parsley Brocolli (Don't eat too many vegetables: they are unnatural, have unsuitable fiber, and are not very good for you). SPROUTS (organic where possible.). Alfalfa sprouts Sesame seed sprouts Radish seed sprouts Fenugreek seed sprouts Sunflower seed spouts Sunflower greens Buckwheat greens Pea shoot greens Rye grass Wheat grass Barley grass Oat grass Rice grain sprouts (crush it and ferment it as a paste) Soy bean sprouts Mung bean sprouts Aduki bean sprouts Lentil sprouts Flax seed ALGAE Kelp (only if you don't have an active thyroid) Chlorella/Spirilina FERMENTED FOODS (non dairy) Sesame seed cheese/Yoghurt Soy cheese Fermented wheat sprout water Fermented wheat sprout bread DRINKS Sesame milk Wheat/rice/rye sprout milk Wheat grass juice. Filtered spring water OTHER THINGS Colloidal minerals Brewers yeast (Various herbs at times)
Different strokes for different folks.  Some people do better on a (mostly) vegetarian diet, others (mostly) on a protein one. I like the blood type theory of eating/living.  Ever since I've put into practice habits outlined in "Live Right 4 Your Type" (about six months ago) I've lost a lot of weight and am noticing some minor (yet annoying) health issues starting to vanish.  I also feel and look much younger than I am (though this is partially genetic, but my new way of eating has "amplified" it for sure.)

Believe this or not, I ate Wendys DBL Cheeseburgers everyday for 3 months (3, no bun, mustard/mayo) and a salad, 7 days a week, and lost 35 lbs. I did ride a bike 3 days a week for 45 minutes.

Hey Mark, Let us know what you think about that link... I'm currently in the process of growing grass at home... a Grow Operation if you may With regards to this thread in general, what's everyone got to loose? Give it a shot. I've been on a green/raw diet for about a month and half. Feeling great. I'm also body building, which really helps with my gains.

Please be careful what you say. You don't want yourself to appear STUPID. When it comes to health, most people seem to be dills. P.S: the good news is that l will be providing more info on this topic when l have more time. Yes: bodybuilding on a raw food diet of wheatgrass and sprouts is a good idea. Various bodybuilders have achieved alot of sucess on a raw food diet high in nutrition. Getting your protein from shakes and meat is very very foolish (too acid for the bloodstream). Getting protein in the predigested form is much healthier because protein is much more easily digested and is alkaline. You should note that a cooked diet is extremely high in acid: acids deplete the body of vital nutrients like calcium. Lack of nutrition leads too desease. The best way to avoid health problems is to eat a diet high in alkaline foods such as sprouts and grasses. (Only eat raw vegies if you abosolutley have too. Vegies don't buid health to robust levels. You need to havest your sprouts within five minutes of eating. lt you buy vegies from the supermarket, the vegies could be really old and spayed with chemical. Take control of your own health and eat freshly ( 5 minute old) grown greens. lf you eat organic oranges; after 5 days they have lost 85% OF THEIR VITAMIN C. That's why it is so important to use sprouts, they are actually still growing while on you dinner plate. Raw food = high vibration foods. The higher the vibration, the high the telepathic ability. You can read peoples minds [to a certain degree], esp with blue foods. Blue foods are luxeries, there are not alot of blue food around. But, try to eat as many different sprouts and vegies as you can. Food colours definately affect how you function. Blue is best for mental abilities. Eat red foods (adzuki sprouts), green foods, yellow foods, black foods (black pea bean sprouts), blue foods (nectureens + blue berries and blue algea (can';t think of the name right now). When l went on a completely raw food diet, l developed quite abit more mussle (around 30%). Things like vitamin E increase muscle mass without having to excersice. l have experimneted on myself and others for many years, so l should know. Most health people [including naturpaths] have no idea. When l put forward my studies they are absolutely stumpted. Doctors are stupid because they have the beleif that drugging people is the way to get healthy. Doctors are trained in drugs, not healthy nutrition. Even nutritionists are poorly informed because they usually recommend meat and other cooked foods. You CAN'T achieve a balanced diet on cooked food period. Common guys, challenge me. l have alot of answers (not all, but most).

Marc, why haven't you taken up the Million dollar offer yet to prove your esp ablilities (amongst others)?  Then you can start buying Kiton and Brioni suits and Lobb/EG/Lattanzi shoes.  And then you could have some idea of what people are talking about.   The Million Dollar offer links are here: StyleForum topic on the MILLION DOLLAR OFFER. edit: make sure to eat lots of blue food before you take the test.

Yeah Marc, I'm so stupid, but I never posted an explanation of goodyear welting like this: http://66.170.193.77/cgi-bin....feather My sons are still laughing at it, and so will do the son of my son, and so on. A baby of 13 years should do better; mine do. Still, I'm interested: how many times have you evacuated today? Have you already reached your top of 5? Strange because this is named Diarrhoea in my language. Anyway if you say it is healthy to have Diarrhoea, I will move to Africa; I do not know why, anytime I go there I have this beahavior.

Giona, I think it depends on how much of his 'golden fluid' he has been drinking. from an excerpt in The Skeptic Dictionary: Urine Therapy: "The Chinese Association of Urine Therapy warns that Common symptoms include diarrhea, itch, pain, fatigue, soreness of the shoulder, fever, etc....."

Even if l did win the million dollars, l still couldn't purchase Lattanzi and Kiton because l don't travel well. Plane travel is impossible. Regards: marc37.
