Merry fuckin' Christmas, thread.

One can stack books, pans, hang vintage bicycles on the wall next to vintage boxing gloves, but not without pickled parket floors and 3 meter French windows, else you look like a poor amature.

Why are there twigs in the bowl in front of the chair?

Because that's honest living.

As StephenHero has said it, only surrounding yourself with the chief necessities. A chair on which to sit and not much patience for decorative bull. Yet he seems intent on posting images filled with more crap than I'd ever hope to see in my dustbin, something I don't understand.

I could be wrong but the word "irony" seems applicable to those pictures?

So does anyone have any favorite candles that are below 50$?
Gilt has a bunch of archipelago candles for 15$, wondering how those are.

FOO, have the rest of the your furniture pieces arrived? I'd be curious to see how your place looks now.

They arrived, but were damaged in transit and delivery, and were sent back for white glove replacement.

the Foof lair looks quite nice, I believe everything has arrived. I'm still meh on the fur thing covering the nice sofa and those decorative moss terranium things, but overall I think the place turned out great in person.

the 85 lb. dining chairs aren't as bad to move as I had previously thought. I still like mine better, but so it goes. In fact, mine would look awesome in the Foof lair. The Foof dining chairs could use some seat cushions, and I believe that's happening.
