It's hard to say. If you took the plans to a contractor and said "we want this this and this" without having a supplier of the exact wood in mind, most contractors would give you an enormous mark-up because they'd be on the hook to find the stuff, which costs them lots of money to source. Its actual cost of installation would depend entirely on what a supplier could supply you at any given time, which is all over the place depending on other custom orders, especially for foreign wood. The clients that get really fucking overzealous about the specimens and such are ones that will drop whatever a contractor says, so it wouldn't be shocking at all for a contractor to accept a job for a 12 x 12 room like that for $50,000-75,000. Ultimately, the contractor may not even give a shit if they make money because the expertise of construction on a luxurious project like that is a huge boon to their portfolio, so if they've got enough capital to take the job, a contractor may not even blink if they put $100,000 into it and took a loss on the sourcing and installation, but that would be more typical of firms in only the most high end cities where a pool of future clients that want this type of stuff live.
