I love the materials and construction - unfortunately for me the sizing (which is a bit odd when compared to what I've seen of US standard sizing) I fall right in between the sizing for Tokyo Slim Fit  - I can live with the 15 1/3 / 34 1/3, but the neck is definitely tight although the body and sleeve length is spot on (Kamakura sizes knowing there will be shrinkage in their shirts so that must be factored in).  Next neck size in the Tokyo Slim Fit line has has shorter sleeves that don't work for me... Maybe I will do MTO with them hm....

Oh, as points of reference - I'm 6' tall, 168 pounds, 38R jacket, 33.5" sleeve, 15.25" neck, M in most brands

Didn't see it mentioned, perhaps earlier in the thread -- but Epaulet is a great fit for slim guys - Medium EPNY / Large EPLA is perfectly fitted for me.  Also just tried Wolf v. Goat Medium Before Dinner - fits really well also.
