I think there was a thread on this topic some time ago, but I wanted a new discussion as I'm really getting back into podcasts. There are some real great downloads out there (among the droves of utter shit), and seriously, if you don't have a dime to your name but have a working PC with internet, you have no reason to not be entertained. Stones Throw Podcast (amazing, free podcast which is simply a huge mix by some of the most talented artists on the Stones Throw roster; this is such a steal)
