Got my Galways in from Steve today. They are beautiful! The burgundy is on another level, much prefer this to burgundy antique or nightshade and there is still a bit of burnishing as well. EG also seems to have gotten better working with delapre on Galways, this pair's leather has almost no wrinkling compared to my racing green pair. These are F width on 202 so may appear a bit more bulky than normal.

Any thoughts of stock preorder for Galway in Chestnut Utah on 82?

or Galways in Rosewood CC on 82? wink.gif

I can say from experience that this is an absolutely fantastic makeup. Easily one of my fave pairs.

Solid makeup. Love the dainite and cc. Get some good use out of them up north.

Thanks Cal!  Definitely wanted an all-weather shoe option, and also wanted something different to add variety to the shoe rotation.  Looking forward to wearing these when they arrive

I've considered a similar build from Vass.  Call it, the winter monk.

Another killer EG makeup that Steve got in, one of the best loafers i've seen
