I'm saying -- give me a dress shoe that I can wear in wet conditions and a sole that won't soak through.

I'm not expecting to wear these in deep snow or crazy ice conditions. I live in the northeast, wear dress shoes five days a week and want at least one shoe without a leather sole so I'm not drying my socks under my desk when I get to work.

Alright gents! So it looks like we may have enough people for both Dainite & Leather sole!

We have 6 interests with Dainite (so this sole option MTO is good to go!)
and we have 5 interests with the Leather Sole option! (Just need one more!)

So, uh, how do we actually make the deposit for these MTOs? Will it built into the website? And, if so, when?

I paid Steve directly through PayPal for my last GMTO.

I'll post up again about a leather sole cxl jumper with a natural sole edge :).

Anyone not want a rubber soled boot this winter? This Texas guy needs a good solid leather soled boot!

Makes good sense to me.

For anyone vacillating about joining the leather-sole side of Steve's brown scotch-grain captoe Oxford Carmina MTO...

Here's what a Carmina leather-soled shoe on the Rain last looks like, straight out of the box.

You've been told.

Thanks. The above shoes were a group MTO run by Steve last year. I got married in those shoes this last January. No clodhoppers for my wedding.

Maiden voyage of the scotchgrain captoe boots on the rain last I got from Steve. I haven't been a big fan of grain leather on shoes in the past. These boots changed my mind. The depth of color (which you really can't see in the pics), between the high quality finishing and the grain, is amazing. Thanks for getting me into 'em Steve!
