Stopped by to visit Steve today and walked out with two pairs of new shoes.  I purchased the Carmina Loden Suede Tanker Boots and the Edward Green Dark Oak Chelsea Captoe.  For those that haven't worked with Steve, he is first class and one of the nicest guys you will ever meet.  Two BIG thumbs up!

Not in for the shell Galway, but the cloud Utah sounds like a sleeper hit.

Has anyone mentioned Cloud Utah uppers and Cloud delapre (or smooth calf) shaft, 82 last? cc @RogerP

@justinkapur

Nice Galways, bro. I always love seeing that silhouette.

I think that would make a nice boot - any grey Galway is a good Galway. But my first pick for mixed material would still be suede shaft Utah upper.

More praise for Steve here, should probably write the book on customer service!

Does anyone have any first hand fit experience since the recent switch to resin lasts for the 82?  I have read that the move from the older and somewhat worn wooden lasts has resulted in a fit that is a bit larger, but I don't know how to quantify HOW much larger.

Roger, I heard it's now full size down vs .5. Interested to hear about as well.
