That's what we're discussing - the possibility of Steve ordering both or either as stock depending on interest.

I am not a huge shell fan but i could go for a cloud galway.
I would rather have all cloud utah or utah-delapre (if they have cloud delapre). I like the 202 over 82, which may not be popular.

Or even the 72 on the galway. That would be hott, but i do know about Rogers hesitation on the roominess of the 72.

I think all Utah is my first choice as well.

That shell is pretty tasty but I can imagine pricing will be a pretty penny

@RogerP @justinkapur @coldinboston

Thank you gents for your interest!

I believe Cloud (grey) Utah is recently introduced color and should be available for awhile (I am not 100% sure if cloud smooth non utah delapre is available but I assume so)

As Roger has mentioned cloud utah will be available to order as an MTO in the future with nominal MTO surcharge.

However, shell cordovan may not always be available to order as MTO even with the extra surcharge in the future (hence the word 'limited edition')

So to review....

#1. EG Galway limited edition

202 / Color 8 shell bottom & all dark brown utah shaft / HAF sole

expected arrival next winter (Oct/Nov) - we now have 3 spots remaining.

#2. EG Galway - possible Pre-Order idea not a GMTO ;)

202 or 72 or 82? (TBA) / Cloud (grey) Utah / Sole TBA (dainite?)

Please email me for any questions! Cheers!

Steve

Dainite on the Cloud Utah would be the way to go IMO.

+1 on sole
Again i would prefer 202 or even 72 for a textured leather like Utah

I will say that my 82 last Utah Gold Galways look pretty awesome.

Hmm...HAF on 202?? I've had a spongy HAF on 82 before. The B1 (1.5) sole seems perfect for 202. I've been very pleased with the two I have. Regardless, the three spots will be gone tomorrow.

Roger can you wear your Gold Galways with odd trousers and a sportcoat? Or do you reserve it only for very casual outfits?

I would be ok with either the HAF or B1 sole on the 202 last.

I would love a shell Galway, but cannot imagine paying that price for any pair of footwear.

It's a really great make-up, though.

The Leffot boot was $2500 USD, yes.
