Yes! We can definitely do the 973 boots on the cuero (natural calf)
They are more of a light tanned calf (lighter than the cognac shell) but we can definitely make it work with 5 more interest!

Ah! Well if they are lighter, I might tend to lean towards the dark brown calf. Anyone else interested in a 973 calf boot?

What lining for chukka? Brown hopefully?

I will go with the majority on this, but my vote is for purple or red. I have on Brown Carmina Wingtips with a purple liner and it is only visible when you put them on or take them off. Again, I will go with the majority though.

I am not prejudiced against purpler. I have it on the brown suede chukkas on the simpson last I bought recently. It is just that I would not like it against tobacco suede. I think brown or tan would work better.

I think it is less of an issue with the chukka than the loafer. Given that I plan to wear the loafer sock less and with shorts the purple would be a bit too flashy I think

Alll right gents! :)
Looks like these Chukka MTO and the Loafer MTOs are finally taking off!! Im excited :)
Just to review....

#1. Five eyelet chukka (model: 905)

- Tobacco Suede
- Rain last
- Dainite sole

This is how the boot will look, but in tobacco suede (2nd picture below):

#2. Loafer in Grey Suede (Rain Last)

Here is the picture of Grey Suede Loafer - This MTO will feature Rain Last, NO Tassel, NO medallion (kinda like the 2nd picture below in grey)

#3. Re-run of the Loden Suede Full strap Loafer - Uetam Last
(thank you stevent for the great pictures!)

Looks like all three MTOs are good to go so please PM me if you would like to sign up cheers!
Steve

Looks like majority vote is leaning towards...

Tan lining on #1 - Chukka
Brown lining for #2 - Grey loafers

I'm in for the 973 boot with perforated captoe in dark brown calf. I think I'd prefer tomir sole but could live with dainite.

@Mr. Six Alright, I'm in on the dark brown and prefer the tomir now that I've seen more pictures, but isn't a deal breaker for me either. If we get 5, majority rules decides the sole?

So I'm guessing the lining shoes somewhere? I would've guessed it would be completely covered by our feet.

I personally would like purple or red as well, partly because it's MTO and I'd like a touch of character to the shoes. Brown or tan is nice but it seems too common and boring.

The lining is only visible when you aren't wearing the shoes. The only way that someone could get a glimpse of the lining is if you were to take off the shoes next to someone.
