Well then, it seems like we're going with Rain. Is the MTO good to go?

How much for this MTO model?

or anyone have reference photos?

So why not make the MTO ourselves?

Thoughts:

new style NST boot with hand stitched apron
Cognac shell or something close to Alden cigar
single Dainite sole
All eyelets, no pull tab
Medium antique edge
Last: Soller or Rain/Forest

+1 on this makeup when Carmina replenishes its supply of shell.

I like all the details, but I think this makeup would look particularly good on the Oscar last with storm welting as well.

Doesn't hurt to dream...

I wouldn't mind Oscar last! Tired of waiting for Alden makeups...

I believe so! I definitely will want shoe trees and will pay for them. I hate buying boots and not having the right trees. Shoes I can find trees that will work.

Single dainite soles correct?

No idea on price. Here's a picture borrowed from Unipair.

Lads, no pull tabs, yeah?

You REALLY should have a rear pull tab. They are fun to get on without.

Happy with danite, would probably prefer leather, but happy with danite.

Flat welt btw?

I will probably hold off.

As much as I like it, there are a few other things I am holding off for.

I also am not 100% into the storm welt.

Flat welt sounds good to me. Dainite is preference, I thought I would hate that sole but its so damn comfortable especially since I am on my feet all day

+1 for me as well. Count me in if we ever get to the point where this is a reality.
