What about a best use of an off season item challenge if it is summer a wool pocket square or boots, if it is winter by you linen pants or a madras shirt while still trying to be situation/weather appropriate. I think this would be an interesting way to try to incorporate cast off garments deep in your closets or storage

Don't think that one has been done...

pass on polyester challenge. the only thing i own that is polyester are a pair of nike track pants that i bought in 9th grade.

all solid would be fun. and no mimo, a PS is not compulsory by nature. ever.

That's not for you to say, young man.  We have elected TTO our leader, and will accept his directions this Friday.  It is my firm belief that in his wisdom, he will determine that a "solids only" fit is incomplete for competition without pocketsquarery.  The TTO will speak.  You must obey.

I meant to comment earlier but missed it. For what it is worth, I thought you looked very good and you pocket square selection was great.

By having a dislike (fear) of pocket squares, you have avoided a big noob problem of buying too many and the wrongs ones. I speak from experience on that.

Come on Stitchy, you've done PS now without any great harm.  And if the next theme is "no patterns", it's hardly going to be problematic.  Man up! And trust that your public is willing you to succeed  You can do anything, man, and what's the worst that can happen?  Someone doesn't like the colour?  Fuck them, really, there is joy to be had in this PS business, either personal or shared and frequently both. :)

I don't think so. Nice idea, especially after this one.

There is a thread:

Hmmmm. I like this idea but I think using spoiler tags might be better than not telling (similar to the sports team challenge).
