Recently bough 500 $US Trickers from http://www.herringshoes.co.uk/
Brand new, never worn them before

I have noticed something strange with one of the shoe's heels
Please take a look, is this something to worry about?

Do I need/have grounds for return? If not, is this normal?
Could this be repaired locally? My city doesn't have any competent cobblers, I might have to mail shoes overseas.

Thank you for taking a look!

Trickers

Sole damage? Middle of shoe's sole

Sounds like its worth a try to send them back to where you got them from.

the only issue i see here is that the heel may not be properly attached to the shoe.

the "sole damage" is really just where the two ends of the welt meet. that is not a defect.
