LB pic is way too light, makes me think maybe it was made in light and medium grey foo.gif

I'd say WTS is the closest to the one I saw but maybe just a tinny bit lighter than in that pic, no where near as light as LB though.

Agree with this. I seen the vest in Liberty and it definitely seemed like the light grey in the top picture but not quite as light. The Bureau have just put one up as well and it looks like it is the same colour as the vest I saw.

I just saw the photos on TheBureau (which are usually pretty accurate) and I think those photos are pretty much what you described so that seems to be correct, thanks!

The XL is 30 length, so I think it's probably like 26 or so, maybe 27. It runs a little shorter than the workshirts.

TBS put a teeny tiny drop up, but good picks by them per usual.

the seller listed it at 28 which was long enough to cause me to pass. maybe he measured including the collar? ah well, too late now.

Funny. I got one of eBay in L. Have to say, it has become my go-to piece of everything I have purchased for FW so far (And it is a lot). It is fantastic, light weight/ perfect for SoCal, fits like a glove and is definitely a jacket and not a shirt ...

For what it's worth, measurements of an L:

  • Back - from bottom of collar to hem: 29.5"
  • Back - from top of collar to hem: 31.5"
  • Front: Shoulder seam to hem: 29"

X-post from Sales Alert thread. Posting here since the overall stock for EG is pretty good, esp compared to some of the other brands in the store.

In addition to below there were a few CPO shirts, a heavy canvas fatigue like pant that was really excellent--not sure name. Sort of a dark mossy brown/green, almost cord-like in texture but not cords. Jungle cloth? has holes in thh hem for a drawcord, patch rear pockets, waist side tabs. Think the sale price was $178 or so, down from $250-ish?

Some decent but limited stock on RRL (lots of denim on sale, a number of shirts, a couple cotton knit tops, very limited chino), EG (full size run of black wool Andovers, a few grey wool HB Andovers, polka dot 19th Cent shirts, floral print flannels, some other stuff, also FWK stock for the ladies) Baldwin and Tellason denim, some Alex Mill shirts, and a few LVC pieces as well. I think they will ship.

Damn, I wish the tumblr or FB was updated with his buys. I feel like a jerk e-mailing asking for what he has left without knowing specific models at least.

Was thinking the same thing. His thread hasn't been updated in over a year.

EG seems to be low on stock. Andovers in black and polka dot ,mittens in herringbone and polka dot. Few 19th Century BDs too. The pants Oboy mentioned seems to be this one: https://www.thebureaubelfast.com/shop/1065/navy-cavalry-twill-usn-pant
