Do you have the Navy Duck Canvas Fatigue pant in size 28?

Picked up the Miner shirt in red/navy plaid. The fabric is really heavy and feels really nice. It definitely runs larger (particularly longer) than the work shirt. I ended up with an XS which is a 19.5 or 20" p2p and 29" length.

Has anyone received or seen the polka dot andover? I'm wondering if it's light or dark grey.

Curious if/how much it might shrink in the wash or dryer give that it is cotton. I hopeful it will shrink for a better fit on me. I'm interested to know if anyone knows why EG made the sizes a little larger than in past seasons- i get a XS for a reason!

Thanks for the measurements ekimneems

Thigh on the Matt pants appears real slim (to the eye + measurements). Maybe it's just the way it's styled in some shops, but the large pockets with the slim thighs looks a bit funny.

thanks,

The shirts look larger this season from the measurements given by online retailers. I'm just as curious, not sure what's the thought behind. I can understand that outer wears are made larger for AW season because people tends to layer more during the cold temperature. But, not necessary for shirts.

Anyone has any clue?

I heard once that the sizing varies slightly based on Daiki's size - that he's the brand model essentially. Can't remember where I got that from, or confirm the veracity.

maybe they made it larger to prevent t rex arms on work shirts lol. my 3 blue chambray workshirts from different seasons except 2013 all have t rex arms now. the new blue navy heather one arms shrank a tiny bit but not to t rex. although the fit is a lot more roomier than the blue ones which is kind of bad for me since the blue ones fit perfect minus the t rex arms.

The other thing is, this miner shirt is a really heavy cotton twill. It's about as heavy as a shirt can get without being considered a shirt jacket. So maybe it's sized more like that for a reason.

I found the work shirt to be similar to last season's work shirt in size for the most part.

As far as shrinking, I always wash cold and hang dry (then lightly iron if needed) so it's usually not a problem for me.

Did not kop but saw it in the wild, it looked more like a medium heather grey but lighting wasnt perfect, definitely not too dark or too light though.

I’m curious if anyone has tried warm/hot washing and drying their workshirts/miner shirts from this season. I just ordered the XS Red/Navy Miner from Odin and based on ekimneems’ measurements and comments, I’m really anxious. I should have it by the end of the week, hoping I can shrink it to the ‘normal’ XS size if need be.

What measurements are you hoping to get it down to? I would definitely be anxious about over-shrinking. Maybe start by washing warm and drying on low or medium just once? I'm usually in between XS and S in most stuff (5'6", 140lb, 37.5" chest) and this fits me pretty well. There's a little extra room to layer and it's about an inch longer but I think it looks good like that.

Edit: I'd also be worried about the sleeves, which are fairly short already (they are perfect for me and to me are a true XS sleeve). You might get the chest/length down but you don't want the sleeves to be too short .

Yeah haha, accidentally tumble dried last year's chambray miner for 2 hours or more. It shrunk pretty much one full size, t-rex arms now and too tight in the chest, can hardly use it. It was a (big) S originally so probably a XS now by last years measurements.

Which one would you say is the most accurate from the pictures I uploaded? If it's as light as in the lookbook photo I want it, but if it's as dark as the other photos then I'm not sure if I want it :/.
