its pretty full cut - i'd say it fits like youd expect a shirt jacket to fit, rather than a shirt

That explains it. Thanks.

Sometime away yet, but how bout some early shots of SS14? Shots courtesy of Haven during their NYC buying trip earlier this year.

Check their blog here.

Note what appears to ne cropped cargo pants in olive and khaki, patched chambray button up shirt, and use of check in shirting as well!

This shoulder cape is really tempting

Agree. It is indeed "boxy" for two reasons:

- No slimming from pit down to shirt hem

- Hem is a straight cut, not a rounded hem

PtP is 22 1/4" on the M and the hem is exactly the same.

Both make it look boxy/ square-ish and more like a shirt jacket. I intend to wear it more like in the second pic: Layered with a tee/ henley/ another shirt underneath.

Anyone know who is stocking the navy USN pant in size 30?

Whoever that is talking with Angelo really needs to size up on that shirt! Looks rediculously tight.

Not too excited by the cropped pants myself, prefer real shorts or just rolled pants...but that patchwork chambray could hold some promise and gingham check is always a classic. Can't believe were talking spring already...I'm still pretty excited by the FW offerings. Way more stuff I like this season than I can possibly afford!

slide13 yea that guy needs to size up on that shirt for sure. i wish they would release a brookline in two solid colors i know i would never wear the side that has a pattern.

Are they producing the Lafayette in XS? A size small with a 21" p2p, even as a shirt jacket, is probably a little bit too boxy for me

^ get fwk lafayette, size 2 = slightly roomy xs, size 1 = really slim and a bit cropped xs, size 0 = instant hulk effect

Just received the LB pants. Perfect corduroy fabric and really nice pocket details. Fit is similar to the SS13 mainline fatigues which is perfect for this kind of pant IMO.

Heads up to anyone considering them though - there are no belt loops, only a waist drawstring. Works fine for me but didn't notice that before.

Have a growing urge to try a pair of the olive reversed sateen pants... either the cinch back or the fatigues. Any US stockists? I guess Inventory counts as one now, but they have limited sizes left.

That would be Todd. He is the design guy who sources fabric, buttons, zippers etc. He's been with Daiki since the beginning but we don't see to much of him, he's sort of shy. He's wearing a Work Shirt and I think it was just the way he was standing that makes the shirt look a little snug.

shirt seems tight material is pulling where the button closures are not to mention he unbuttoned the bottom. still looks like its ready to burst and i'm very forgiving with slim fit looks.

reminds me of my days me trying to wear a xs in band of outsiders overdyes i was getting the uhoh.gifuhoh.gif all the time and i was always thinking what is everyones problem?

I am pretty sure it's just the way he's leaning forward that makes it look like that. I doubt someone with access to the brand would wear the incorrect size :P
