For those in SF, MAC's first delivery landed...
I didn't get a chance to take full stock, as I was on my way to work, but they had the Salmon People Peacoat in red ($998), those corduroy Long Beach pants, Matt pants in olive and navy I think, a handful of shirts (the grey floral and corduroy polka dots), and a piece that I don't know the name of... A heavy red wool hunting style jacket (think Elmer Fudd/vintage Woolrich) with front patch pockets. Really beautiful, though steep at $600+.
They also had a nice selection of FWK, including the piece visible in Shingles' pics from Nepethenes. It's a long overshirt type thing with a zipper up the front... nice heavy cotton flannel. Cool piece.
Had a lovely time in New York, such a great city. Left Nepenthes with:
19th Century BD Shirt - Black
Tab Collar Shirt - Black/White Floral
Classic Shirt - Black/Red Tartan
Liner C/D - Black/White Floral / Big Polka Dot
Matt Pants - Olive
USN Pants - Dark Navy Cavalry Twill
Reversible Brookline Jacket - Black
Button Shawl - Dark Navy 12oz All Wool Flannel
Needles - Rebuild BDU Vest
Reversible Brookline Jacket - Black
USN Pants - Dark Navy Cavalry Twill
Button Shawl - Dark Navy 12oz All Wool Flannel
Bedford Jacket - Grey Wool Herringbone
USN Pants - Dark Navy Cavalry Twill
I folded the shawl in the neck to make it look like a hood, only the two top buttons are buttoned, that's probably how i'm gonna wear it, that and backwards.

Probably also picking up the Andover in grey wool polka dot print to wear with all the above black and white stuff.
As for the shawls, I think the standard Button Shawls are a perfect size, the Over Shawls are much larger and heavier, also much longer in the back (worn forwards), too big for me I think.
S fit me well in all the shirts this season but I had to pick a medium in the Tab Collar. The S was too short in the sleeves and too tight in the body for me. It may be worth to keep that in mind if you're about to place an order online. Also, the Matt pants are fcking killer.

All this talk about the Poncho...
Here's a real beauty from Daiki's last WWM collection (for you size M's out there):

Shingles, how is the sizing on the USN pant? They look fantastic.
I did not know the USN pants is so slim.
Shingles- Great fits. You should cross-post in the "How you Roll in EG" thread. Also would love to see a fit with the C/D Liner- although I'd imagine the weather needs to get a bit colder for that.
Good score shingles, congrats.
Interested in more details on that c/d liner, if you have the chance
(thickness, warmth, elastic cuffs/hem? collar type? etc.) tia.
Awesome, Shingles. Great fit pics. I also agree the USN pants look great on you. What size did you try on and how was overall fit?
The shawl is also a fantastic fit. Well done on that acquisition.
I would however, like to know your height/weight/sizing details if possible, to better understand dimensions relatively.
Which olive Matt pants did you acquire, reversed sateen or coated heavy twill? How about sizing?
And finally, did you get a discount considering quantity purchased?
Thanks for posting those pics - very helpful Shingles. I think the Brookline looks extremely good on you.
What shoes are you wearing? Alden LWB?
Ordered a ton of stuff from Gary (Such a nice guy), including the Herringbone Bedford. Will snap some pics once it arrives. It is unlined and appears darker, more charcoal than previous seasons. More when I get it.

wow, nice haul. so jealous you went to nepenthes. did they have any fw13 popover shirts? i haven't seen them posted on their tumblr yet.
the black/white floral is a cool pattern.
Nice work mate! Have fun with those - quite exciting. The staff over at Nepenthes are awesome aren't they? Was Daiki there as he usually likes to help out?
If you get time please do post a look picture of the classic shirt. How heavy is it? Is there room to throw a chambray work shirt underneath? TIA
I've copped me the shawl collar knit jacket in black sweater knit, the Irving pant in mixed multi colour plaid, the long sleeve polo shirt in black jersey, on top of other items I've mentioned throughout this thread. Mind you our winter is fading... fast.
@Shingles - great pics! That's a major purchase but I'm jealous! Would you mind posting a picture of the BDU vest? I'm always interested in seeing that stuff in action.
