I've got these vintage B&L Ray Bans that are 12k Gold Filled. Believe them to be authentic although I got them for dirt cheap so I'm not 100% sure. Can anyone help me

Hey I live in Japan and considering buying these.

Can anyone help me determine the authenticity?

From what I've researched, with no BL etching or white Ray Bans on lenses, they are mid-70s.  The case looks good and they seem to be identical to what I see on http://www.vintagesunglassesshop.com

Hi there! I have two pairs of Bausch & Lomb Ray Ban sunglasses (hopefully) that were passed down to me when my great uncle passed away a few years ago. He fought in the Vietnam War, and I had always supposed that that period was the time he purchased these sunglasses, but I'm not sure. Can anyone tell me around what time these two pairs were produced and maybe how much they'd be worth today? Both pairs have the Ray Ban logo on top left corner and the BL etching on the far side of both lenses as well as the nose pieces. I can provide more pictures if necessary. Thank you in advance!

From what I've read the Ray Ban logo on top and the BL etchings were measures to combat knock-offs implemented in the early eighties. ..

if that were true then your two pairs should have been post-war. But I am only guessing.

I have acquired these from a friend. They are stamped Bausch & Lomb Ray-Ban 62-14 on bridge. Never worn. Still have mfg seal on left lens. What can you tell me about them and their potential value?

Hello Vintage Ray Ban experts. Please help me authenticate this pair of vintage Ray Bans. I assume this is an identical pair. http://www.ebay.com/itm/50mm-VINTAGE-B-L-RAY-BAN-W2475-YPAS-BLACK-G15-ROUND-WIRE-AVIATOR-SUNGLASSES-NEW-/361645302205?hash=item5433bd61bd:g:lRQAAMXQ74JTUxNl
Thanks!

Can you tell me what you call this model and type of sunglasses? I have been looking for something like this pair in months, but I don't know what to search for. I even caught myself looking for fake pairs just to get my hands on these beauties. Preferably in gold/black.

These are my friends' B&L's

They have either G15, B15 or blue mirrored lenses.

Good looking Ray-ban Outdoorsman Rainbow with G15 lenses and cable temples.
Pricewise. . since you have just acquired it, you know what they are worth.  They are worth what you was willing to pay, and they are worth what others are willing to pay.

Hi. I have an issue and not sure where to seek advice.  My daughter got a quantity of vintage RayBans from her granddad who is a retired optometrist.  He bought them back in like 1982, 1983. They are new in the wrapper.  She has been trying to sell them on eBay.  These are the real deal. Grandpa is 81 now and downsizing and she's a college student trying to make a buck.  Anyway, the sunglasses don't have the traditional markings that the newer ones have.  And now eBay is accusing her of selling fraudulent items and blocked her account.  Most of the complaints have come from overseas hipsters who don't know squat (maybe I'm being a bit judgemental-forgive me.)  Since these are old and gramps doesn't have any original receipts, is there anyway we'd be able to authenticate them so that she can get her money, eBay store and reputation restored? We're not sure who to turn to.  She was on hold for > an hour today waiting for a RayBan rep who was no help at all.  Please advise. Thanks.
