Hello and thank you for offering such a great site on Vintage Ray-Ban information. Could you please help me with these they appear to be quite early 5024 on top right lens corner but what has me stumped is both temples are marked B&L Ray-Ban USA. Are they early versions or just knock-offs. These were purchased from a elderly estate so if they were knock-offs they can't be modern in my opinion. The frame color changes from silver gray 2 Brown in certain light. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi, I've just come across this thread and wondered if you can help. I've got a pair of BL ray bans aviator style - sorry that's maybe not right but not sure the exact make as I got them from my dad. I'm looking to get replacement lenses as o of them lenses is chipped. Cheers

standard G15 lenses. Either you buy a pair from Luxottica, or you buy a donor vintage pair of sunglasses from Ray Ban bausch and lomb

[IMG][/IMG]Hi Musehead, I have a pair of what I believe are Ray-Ban Perscription Glasses. They are the Aviator style. How can I be certain if they are authentic? Are Ray-Ban Perscription glasses even worth anything?
Thanks

Musehead hasnt been online since the wheel got invented....

to check if theyre authentic you have to check the chararistics. no obvious pescription lenses are worth nothing

Hi all,

I picked these up from a charity shop and had them listed on ebay for a pretty low price cos the nose pad is wonky on one side, and I just realised that they are vintage B&L!

Does anyone know a recommended price to sell them for? I don't have the case.

honestly i have no idea about what clubmasters do... the nose pad you can adjust simply adjust yourself by bending.

Anyway, value is mostly depending on condition, popularity, rarity...
