I need to buy a new bed! Any advice on High End beds?

Hi everyone, I'm in Europe and I need to buy a new bed. I want one that is either modern or old, it does not matter and luxurious, it only needs to be really sophisticated and durable and not look out of place amongst my 18th century french and english furniture. I don't want any synthetics as part of the bed (No foam inside, only cotton or vegetal/animal fibers like they use in high end chairs and such, and no fake leather either obviously, polyester and such even less.) Being able to take it apart for transport is also a must. My apartment does not have a street window to get stuff in, meaning that I have to carry the bed over 8 floors.

Any suggestions? I looked hard and wide but couldn't find anything like what I am looking for anywhere. All beds I came across have cheap constructions with fake wood or that disgusting yellow foam inside. I'd really appreciate some suggestions of european brands and retailers. My budget is 5000 Euros maximum (excluding the mattress). Thanks everyone!

Below some bed styles that I like:

Almost no chance you will find a bed upholstered with horsehair and cotton for 5000euro that is new. You need to search for an individual craftsman who works in the style. Likely someone who does work with those materials will also be someone who used hide glues and hand tools so he will be charging for his work.

5000 eur is usually in the range of high quality manufactured furniture, however it's very likely that they are using modern materials in the upholstery, though they might use cotton wadding, but not likely.

You may be better off to find an antique and have it restored.

I just want something that will last me all my life and isn't filled with that horrible yellow filth you find in 20 euro mattresses in IKEA supermarkets if you know what I mean. It should also be tough enough to allow for some "conjugal bedchamber olympics" without breaking if you catch my meaning. I like to share my bed with a wild beast, antique furniture is too delicate to bend one's lover over it.

A craftsman could be an idea but what kind of craftsman? Those that make antique seats? Most of them don't actually make the wooden part of the seats themselves, they just have them made by a company and then customise them. I've never heard of a bedmaker.

PS: Maybe an all hardwood bed? No fabric?

You need to delve much deeper into this. Not all modern materials will degrade quickly.

There still exists craftsmen that will build in a style, say Louis XVI canopy bed. I'm not in europe, so I dont know the specifics like who products top quality.

When it comes to period furniture generally lean on Louix XVI because it's generally simple in design.

something like this maybe:

1000

Done with good quality sheets, pillows and floated in the middle of a very grand bedroom could be really cool.

Have a look at some of the showrooms at Design Centre Chelsea Harbour, if I remember correctly they cater to the style you are looking for.

Getting a craftsman to do it will set you back far above 5k.
