That's a difficult question to answer, as it really comes down to fit and to individual preferences.
The Zegna suit should be of higher quality than the Suit Supply suit - the couple of Zegna suits that I have are very well-made with good quality cloth (as one would expect from a large manufacturer of woollen fabric).
However, having said that, the most important question is fit. If you know that a particular Zegna cut fits you well and if a suit for sale on eBay is in good condition, then it makes sense to pick it up. If, however, you happen to know that Suit Supply fits you well but you're not sure about Zegna, then it quite possibly makes more sense to go with the Suit Supply option unless you're willing to take a chance on the fit of the Zegna.
