I'm not a dentist, that's just my forum name. I'm a set decorator, I think that's what you call it in english. I create sets for the film and fashion photography industry.
selvedge is superior quality.
raw is just untreated, unwashed.
most of the time on here, people are referring to denim that is both selvedge and raw.
dentist, your jeans are not selvedge or raw. wash them when they get dirty and as often as you like
not washing raw denim is a preference, it's not the rule. raw denim will fade accordingly to the type of wear it gets
So there are three categories of denim then? What's more durable? Does anyone have a visual of what my APCs will look like if I wash them often?
