Jcrew tie - Page 2

I'm 29 now, and have even become a father, so J. Crew has become a bit of a memory for me, but my wife still shops there on occasion. Recently, I was in one of their stores and noticed a small selection of two color rep ties that were very well made, in my opinion, for the money. If I saw a college student in a well fitting navy blazer, simple button-down and one of these ties, I would be suitably impressed.

As far as quality, I'm not sure about the jcrew ties. I know they're not part of the GAP-empire, but I thought I had a great deal on a couple BR ties awhile back, and the silk has stretched and the lining shifted. I'm not as delicate with my ties as I probably should be, but my other ties have always held up fine. I guess if I pay 9.99 I should be prepared for the resulting product.
