Buy Express suit for the fit, send measurement to Indochino? And yes, I've searched.

I've been lurking for a little while with the suit/tailoring bug so I'm a new n00b so please bear with me. I'm 24 and unemployed (laid off). I liked dressing up for work (call center) so that basically started everything. I have a closet full of Macy's garments. Now, with the unemployment benefits I'm receiving (paying for school) I can afford so much. I see that Express and H & M are not big favorites here (which is understandable) but I'd be lying if I told you I didn't like the fit. So I was thinking of buying an H&M or Express suit for the fit and sending the measurements to Indochino when I get the money. I live on the Treasure Coast in FL so suit wear is limited compared to larger cities. Any thought, suggestions or recommendations?

Also, this is the guide I following when looking for suits:

Interesting strategy, but to begin with the Express suit must fit well, and the GQ Guide isn't a very good source as to good fit. Few people actually look good in skinny suits. Ideally get pictures wearing the Express suit while it's still returnable. Even if that goes well, online tailors have a bad reputation, and if something is made too small, there's almost no chance it can be remedied without a full remake, which tailors don't want to do. How about just getting a suit from the Brooks Brothers Factory Store?

Fraught with danger - have you read any of the Indochino threads? Simply copying measurements will not get a decent fit.

There's not a Brooks Brothers store near me. Maybe in Fort Lauderdale or Miami. As far as fit is concerned, it does fit well. Also, they' re out my price range.

I have but I didn't come across that info. I'm thinking of trying Black Lapel.
