I've never seen the classic Colonia line at anything under full retail. Be careful on ebay as there are a lot of fake Acqua di Parma creams and stuff on there.

As far as I know, nobody sells AdP under retail. Sephora is now selling it though, and you may be able to use some sort of discount code via their online store. Other than that, you're going to have to dish out the $100.
