Check tonik mohair range. They have some distinctive sheen.

Thanks, though I'd prefer a straight worsted. Also, Tonik is mucho expensive.

You think 150 euro/m is mucho expensive?

BTW I have a gray from the Dormieul Ice book that may be the shade you are looking for. But the steely sheen comes from some mohair. It is soft, not crispy like Tonik.
