The 2007 NBA Playoffs - Page 189

If the grizzlies take thabeet (they have a lot invested in conley to draft rubio) their starting lineup would be conley mayo gay gasol thabeet Not that bad for a young 5 to build around. Not only are they all young and talented, but they kind of mesh pretty decent in terms of their role and styles of play. Not saying they're world beaters but if you give them a bit of time to season and add a vet or two to the bench that's a team that in 2 years can make a playoff push, especially with the suns probably going to blow it up soon.

30 seconds left, Denver-Lakers.

Great, great game whoever wins.

Since my 1/2 brother and the Rockets are out I don't care who wins, but I like good basketball like this!

That was a great game. Kobe looked worn out at the end. He's too old to work that hard every game in a long series. They need to figure out how to get more offense from Gasol in this series.

Just saw the highlight.

Funny how there's all these magic fans now, nothing but crickets where celtics fans used to be.

LeBron had a good interview with the sartorially challenged Craig Sager after the game too.

That last second 3 pointer has to be one of his career high lights.

I fucking hate this shit. I'm gonna unfriend everybody on facebook. Everybody in florida (especially people in orlando) are aaaalllllll over the magic's nuts now. NOBODY could name anybody other than dwight midway through last season. My buddies and i bought 6 tickets next to each other to the raptors round 1 playoff game last season the day of the fucking game. The fair weather fans are ridiculous. If orlando didn't make the playoffs in 2007, the magic were going to bolt because the city wasn't going to pay for a new arena. Now, people can't wait to buy season tickets.

Also, craig sager is a god. Stylin' on 99% of MC

Trust me chrono we have our own dickheads to deal with, a disturbing trend called laker haters who get this are actually from LA how the fuck does that work? They think they're cool by going against the grain and hating on the lakers because they win? I'm still trying to figure that one out.

King Kobe comin through tonight.

I still don't understand the mindset of casual fans and guys who swear they're "real fans." I mean, i get they're easily manipulated by the media and stuff, but i'll never understand the intense hate for certain teams or players based on absolutely nothing. I guess in a city like LA or NYC or Boston where the love for a certain team is so intense that you sometimes get the people who want to rebel.

I think the idea of being a real fan is homo. I don't understand the logic of loyalty to a team. If I became a Knicks fan during the Ewing-Oakly- Mason era why should IU remain so now? The style of play I enjoyed is no longer there.
