Is there really that much of a price difference between Rubinacci and L&L's $7800 per the Armoury's website? I always figured Rubinacci would be close to that price (maybe a couple hundred$ less)

I always assumed the same. But apparently not. Either way, neither are in my budget haha. For Florentine cut alternative to liverano in florence, guida. Corcos is supposed to be good but I've heard wait times are long - trade offs.

I am having a suit made by Qemal through Prologue in HK. I haven’t had anything made by L&L but based on what I heard about their prices, Qemal is definitely cheaper. He is based in Lucca and only travels to HK for now. Apparently worried about quality if he expands too fast. He tells me it’s a one man shop although he’s training 2 apprentices. He speaks some English but I don’t think he’s very comfortable with the language. I’ve seen some of the pieces he had ready for delivery and fittings, very nice. Looking forward to seeing what my finished product looks like.
