Alright guys, I need some definitive answers on these. I've bothered Gordon way too much about this and have yearned for these ever since I've seen diddy's. My true waist is 34.5, my hips a little more. I know these stretch a lot, not apc status but still AND I don't buy my jeans tight. I can't decide if I should go 34s or 35s, I want to go 34s to keep the legs from being overly wide since they're straight. Need some input, you guys are the best.

I am wearing a size 31, 5000vx tho. They fit like an exact 31'' at the time i got them, but now like 32''.

FYI,I am a true 31'' so I probably could buy a size30. However, those are really tough and slubby so sizing up a little may not a bad idea. And I am feeling very good with my 31''s....

So I would go with 33 or 34 in your situation, depending on the fit you are after.

PS: i didnt rock in them a lot...Like 1 day per week, for 3months...so maybe they could strech out much more...

Is that definite or too vague?

im about the same waist size as you, and i went with the 33. I ish i would have gotten a sz32.

But im sellin my bk's now cuz i don thave time to wear them, i wore them for a lil lesss than a month, and the waist is exactly 34.5. I got the about 2 weeks before the whole levis lawsuit too. SO the red tab is still intact. If that means anything to you.

edit*
im located in socal as well.

I'm a 36, I bought a 36. I say buy your true size if you want a slighty baggy fit, maybe one size down and you'll still be comfortable.

I've hot-soaked mine three times to get most of the shrinkage out of the way. I'd take a picture but I'm lazy. <3

For future reference, you wear your jeans on your hips, unless you wear them *really* old style at your natural waist, which is about 2 inches above your navel. Sorry, it bothers me when people don't understand this and then wonder why the jeans are not cut what they term "true to size".

i recently have been converted to the school of thought of fit of leg and thigh comes first before the waist. samurai 5000bk stretch like a mother. Maybe not to the extent of APC's, but close in my experience. I could barely button the 29 raw (sized down one) when i tried them on at BIG, but have had to hot wash and throw them into the dryer twice in order to maximize shrinkage. The waist 1 week later measures 30" and there is no doubt they'll make it's way to a 31 sooner than later. If i were to buy another pair of BK's, i'd without a doubt size down 2 for a slim fit. Sized down 1 is a regular fit, true to size regular waist is baggy...depends on the look you are going for with these but keep in mind that they do STRETCH more so than any other samurai's i've owned ....sf contest and 66xx....and yeah, they are meant to be worn at the hips....

Whoa thanks guys I wasn't expecting such great responses. Thanks for the offer CM. I think I'll go with the 34s which makes me feel better than the 35s I was trying to avoid. Plus I started working out again so I'll probably lose a half on the waist or so.

i bought my true size
they want to be worn around your hips
they do stretch, but that's good for me because then they slouch nicely

i found they don't fit right for the first several months, but then they settle down; i didn't like these jeans until i had them for about 5 months----now i love them!

^^nice man

Problem is you're only a 30 bich so if you buy your true size they're not going to be baggy as hell like if I buy 35s homeslice!

I wear a 30 in Nudies and APCs. And a 31 or 32 in normal non raw jeans. What size in these do you guys recommend for a slim look? I don't want skin tight nor regular fit, just in between these two. Also, where can I purchase these from since Self Edge only has big sizes and the Denim Bar doesn't carry? Thanks for any future help.
