BNWT (and basting stitches) Drakes 3R/2 navy blazer, 36R drop 7
Will Ship To: US
I got this blazer at the Drakes sample sale over the summer, but I've been too lazy to get it tailored and, after months of having it on a hanger, I figure it's time to just let it go. The price on the tag is 995£ — around $1500 — but it was on sale at the sample sale for something like $300, which they said was dramatically under even construction costs. I'm selling it here for $350 including shipping and paypal fees, just looking to recoup costs.
Anyhow, on to the jacket:
As far as I know, it's made by Caruso. It's a beautiful navy wool — a great spring weight fabric — marked superfine 110s. It's got a subtle twill and a really soft hand. It's a 3 roll 2, with roped shoulders and flap pockets (including a ticket pocket). The lapel has a beautiful hand-sewn buttonhole that literally made my exclaim something aloud when I saw it. The only caveat is that the sleeves have working buttonholes, which is annoying if you've got stubby arms like I do.
I'm attaching a bunch of pictures (apologies for the crappy iphone shots, I'm doing the best I can). I can't find my measuring tape at the moment, but I can try to track one down and get measurements if you need.
