How can I stop sweating AFTER my workout - Page 2

Do not drink less water! That is almost critical, but as as athlete I'm sure you know this. I believe by the time you are at the office, lets say, and still overly sweating. Your body has not yet comfortably cooled down. I suggest taking a longer stretch to bring down your heart rate and blood pressure. A very cold shower will help this also. If your rushing back to the office your brain is still in the "high" of your workout. Though sweating more after your workout is very normal because your body does not react when your doing a long run uphill lets say, its the aftermath when your body needs more oxygen. It's almost like a chemical reaction... Anyways. hope this spreads some ideas!!
